Some things to do at the limestone desert:

1) Kiss the pinnacle


2) Pose around or Sit like a king

6) Compare who is taller - me or the pinnacle?

7) Play "spot the difference"

8) Look for the angry owl

One boring night, a few guys had nothing else better to do, so we went down to UWA (uni of western australia) to snap a few photos.

Alfred's Kitchen

It gets very cold during winter nights. Luckily at Alfred's Kitchen (a burger joint near Swan Valley), there is a big fireplace for pple to sit around it.



Eating a big juicy beef burger in front of the fireplace... shiok!!

I will work harder tomorrow

Winter is here!

When winter comes, there tend to be many cold fronts sweeping past the area, bringing lots of rain and bad weather.

This is a picture i got off the met website showing the rain clouds sweeping from left to right, over the south-western coast of Australia..... really massive and scary.
Here is another weather forecast, taken from seabreeze.com.au
It predicts the weather and wind for the following 7 days.... The winds can gust up to abt 33 knots (1 knot = 1.85 km/h) and it is expected to rain EVERYDAY!


With such weather, my day's work will be cancelled, and there will be a lot of time to sleep do other self-improvement activities. (hmph hmph..) Everyday goes by like that... The day is somewhat wasted, i will work harder tomorrow (if it doesnt rain). More often than not, I wake up the next day only to find out that it is yet another rainy day...LOL

Seafood

Seafood here is relatively cheaper. After all, its their local product.
