A Bridge among the Trees
Similar to the Macritchie TreeTop Walk and the Henderson Waves Bridge in Singapore,
this Valley of the Giants suspending bridge does it at a much larger scale.
Suspension in mid-air
> 100m above the ground
Giant Red Tingle Trees, with huge holes at the base
Huge enough for me to walk through

Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse
This place is probably the south-western most point in Australia mainland. At the of Augusta is this beautiful lighthouse called Cape Leeuwin.
Pic taken from 2km away:
From the lighthouse, if you look to the west, you see the Indian Ocean. If you look to the south, you see the Southern Ocean.

Fresh food Markets
While popular markets such as Fremantle or Subi Stn markets only sell dry food, souvenirs and crafts, locals will have to go to wet markets like this to get their fresh seafood and meat. Like most other markets in Perth, they are only open during weekend (mornings).
First stop: Seafood
Bought a few pieces of steak. Its a great way to save money from Rockpool restaurant.
Pig's head for only $7 each. Maybe this is where loansharks get their supplies from.
Lastly, the Fruits and Veg

Chilling out in Autumn
With so much free time to spare, I started re-visiting many of the old sights in Perth. Autumn here provides a great weather to chill out in the afternoon. Temperature is warm between 18 - 25 degree Celsius, humidity around 70%, cloudy skies to shade the sun, gentle breeze etc etc...
I went on road trips again...
Searching for good old traditional Aussie food...
and BEERS....
Arranging afternoon BBQs before the weather turns too cold...
Catching up with old friends....
....even had the time to attend my friend's graduation ceremony at UWA...
Do some tourist-y souvenir shopping, in preparation to go home...
It has been a nice few weeks of autumn.. weather is gradually turning cold.
Goodbye Autumn.... Hello Winter (again).
